This Privacy Policy applies to users who communicate with Keepbox via WhatsApp messages, and visitors to our website and customers of our Free and Pro plans. WhatsApp is a third-party platform with its own terms and privacy practices. This Policy covers how Keepbox processes personal data; WhatsApp’s processing is governed by WhatsApp/Meta policies.

- Account identifiers: phone number, display name.
- Your messages: content of WhatsApp messages sent.
